Plan to establish a civically engaged, ethical, transparent, fair governance system by creating a 10th Suffolk District Board/Coalition after the election to bring the gerrymandered district together to help solve problems at the local and state level.  Liaisons from established local neighborhood associations across the district, Mayor Menino’s office, Boston City Council, the Brookline Board of Selectman, and Brookline town meeting members will serve on the working volunteer governance board which will meet regularly to identify and solve problems, share solutions, and encourage civic participation and voting in every election.  This new governance authority will be shared equally among the…
